This media outlet ran almost a week of 'Shorten's job is shaky' immediately leading up to the super Saturday election.  Then on election night they ran the LNP likely to take 2 seats lie.  Blatant dishonest tactics to get their political party over the line....and then use this to attack Labor until the election proper.

I am so over 7 and 9.  Blatant propaganda tools of the LNP.  Better to watch 2 or SBS where you get real and fair coverage.  Not propaganda.  Voters do not need to be groomed into voting for what is bad for them and voting for tax cuts for the wealthy.  The scene has been set for the class warfare this government has unleashed but it will lose this war!

We only watch the ABC for obvious reasons. 

LNP not having any candidates in Western Australia was a big mistake. It was a bad look. So many of their supporters arrived at the polls to vote and there was no one to vote for. Big mistake!

People care about their health and the welfare of their families. LNP failed to understand that the average Aussie do not want the banks rewarded in view of their appalling behaviour.

The successful South Australia candidate was well known and loved by her constituents so being a part of the community is hugely important. This was reverberated in Tasmania too with the fisherman who gained so many votes.

All in all, a satisfying Saturday!

We only watch and listen to ABC.   Of course the LNP claim that the ABC is biased toward the Labor party, but I don't see any bias myself.  I suppose the Libs see it that way because the ABC don't automatically endorse everything the LNP want.  If they're not in favor of all Liberal policies, then they must be against the party as a whole.

As for Downer, I have never had much time for him.  My belief is that he only got into politics on his father's reputation,  while not holding a candle to his dad.  Maybe Alexander's own reputation is what worked against his daughter. 

Lord Downer is Aristocracy. He doesn’t have to follow the same rules as we peasants.

Probably wasn't taught any manners in that expensive private school he went to.
