Yes and the nutritional and health benefits are proved by independent research.

Imagine if the scurrilous alternative health industry could make such proven claims of their wares.

Daily exercise is the same, be it spent on housework, the garden or a walk.  It is a miracle therapy that is available to all.

I love them.....have them with my cereal in the morning.

I love them too, and the health benefits are a bonus.

I know I am a bit weird but I have two large slices of seed bread with Olive Oil spread over the insides and then I cover with cut in half prunes and broken up walnuts and some linseed  seeds and ground almonds and a bit of sweetener (I am a sweet tooth darn it) and I cook in the griller close down type toaster thingy which I spray with Olive Oil Spray and I love that for lunch.

Sometimes I have the two slices of bread with a lot of apple inside (I Like Ardmona solid pack apple) with the olive oil spread  over as with the prune one and then when cooked I have a big scoop of ice cream - seems quite decadent but I think quite healthy - that's my theory anyway lol.

Ah Phyl I love ya mate , youculinary delights always make me smile I would be willing  bet the only  medication missing fron your household must be laxatives LOLby the way I love my prunes as well

And Dusty-Tadpole you never know what I may make specially for you when you come visit as you said you would, but of course nothing too weird and I think you said you like Mollasses? We will have great fun going around all our circuit machines hey? You will love our upside down machine so wear your best knickers :)

Phyl, that I would love to see.   A Tadpole with knickers.

Seggie. Am going to throw out the Laxettes, Phyl. and try the prunes. If you don't hear from me before Christmas, you know where I'll be.  Love to all and I'm wishing you all a healthy New Year.

Hi Sandi. You are back? and with pics? I bet Olivia has grown and you had a great New Zealand Holiday. Hope your daughter is  still,  and always will  be,  in remission and also having a great life. Well Dusty-Tadpole is a rather unique Tadpole U know. lol

..

lol @ you Seggie funny bunny you, Just six prunes a day and I tell you your inside will be smiling every day. I am just about ready to go start making  my prunes and walnuts and flax seed with ground Almond,  toasted sandwich for my Satdy.  lunch. Yummeeeeeee.  Some people probably have never know what a fun day it is with this lunch (I heard that, :( people whispering and saying  thank goodness) :(

God you shielas are funny Phyl!!!  I presume that you take your prunes before your poo juice whilst standing upside down on your rattle plate.  The effect on your intestines must be fantastic with the combination of your flax seed & prunes all well shaken & washed down with poo juice.  Heaven help Peter.

You cheeky buggar Ken Innes. BUT I do have to laugh as your rendition is such a small part of the weird things I,  in particular get up to on most given days :) and I am SO lucky Peter is mostly on the same tram even if now and again he does renege ( Thank goodness I am very wily and know how to get around him) lol.

..

What a bummer you have never received any Love ya messages?
