37 year-old entrepreneur Jared Issacman is funding the first-ever orbital flight crewed entirely by non-astronauts.

Mr Issacman donated a seat on the trip to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital who have selected a female ambassador for the trip.

A seat has also been reserved for a winner of a contest, limited to customers of Isaacman's eCommerce platform, Shift4Shop.
