Trying to give up smoking? You may be relieved to know that food can help you on your quest to quit.

Now, this presenter is somewhat 'energetic', bordering on annoying, but the message is a good one so, if you're serious about quitting, or just want to learn a bit about it so you can share the love with a friend, then it's best to bear with it. And besides, it's only a really short clip so it's not too bad...

RnR --  Thanks for that one, it certainly is a healthy diet. I must send it to my friend who reckons they can do it by themselves. I know they think they just have to quit cold turkey but it's the vitamins that one needs to flush out the system.
