Decided to try the Coles frozen fish on special this week.   Had it last night (2 large fillets).  11   minutes each side on a baking tray.  Turned out very nice and we enjoyed it.  Went back this morning and bought 4 more to keep in the freezer when I dont feel like cooking.

They have a Kaffir Lime and Coconut one which I hope is nice.

There are about 4 different ones plus I noticed one is gluten free.

They are $3.98 I think it was...anyway was half price until Wednesday if anyone is interested in giving a go.  Nice white chunky fish.
