How old are you or how old you feel???? really does not matter having fun is the best medicine you could ever have and is free will improve your blood circulation improve your stamina to do things make you happy will make you forget how sick you are (If you are sick) and more more.

We are old people and in many cases forgotten people and some of us are alone maybe no family maybe live in a government home with other old people.
'What we do every day ????? Watch TV play cards Read a book Yes is all good but no exercises just sitting around playing Bingo maybe small walks around maybe walk to the coffee shop and sit down again Ummmmmmm

This is for those romantic this is one of the best I found last year just a Piano solo ....many songs and great to remember those beautiful days you got with someone you love and share nice moments to remember because party is a party but a party always have the romantic part where you hug and Kiss and remember those beautiful moments that you never forget.
I remember when I travel from Sydney to Panama in 1971back on a Ship I met the most beautiful girl and spend 30 days of the most romantic time I ever got and I treasure that time as a beautiful moment of my life.
So what do you treasure in your memory ….maybe is time to bring it out and fell the beauty again even if is on your mind …. Crying is ok that mean you really feel …….
