Ita Buttrose will need all of the public support she can get to deal with the cage of selfish, neurotic, fighting feral cats that is the modern-day ABC. 

Personally, I'd like to see an end to the cult of personality in the ABC and more recognition and a bigger part of the ABC's budget going to the unseen and unheralded staff who put so much work, dedication and creativity into drama, local interest stories and so on.

Please return Aunty to the people, particularly the people living and raising their families outside of Sydney and 'Malburn'.
