I sent a medical report a month ago through my gov site and again through Centrelink app with no reponse.

Any idea on how to write a word to centrelink?

I have uploaded many documents to Centrelink on my desktop with no problems. Sometimes thay have been lost in cyberspace. 

Give them a ring and see if they have received it.

I would write to the Minister in Charge of Centre Link or your Local Federal MP to explain what has happened you will soon get a response from the relative office!
