Never would use them, they still don't have a very good name.

Having dealt with them re getting money doled out for people with disabilities for whom they were managing their money was like trying to pull nails out of timber with your teeth.

Even trying to get money for basic necessities like shoes and clothes.

I have also heard their charges are quite exhorbitant

I have witnessed a lot of problems with using the Public Trustee. A relative had $1 million bequeathed in a will with the public trustee and half it went in questionable fees.

DO NOT use the public Trustees they are are rip off may not charge for making your will but they will take a darn BIG slice of what you leave -- MOST OF IT
