Marinades I am currently trying
These were in a recent Sunday paper so have tried two...so far so good...last one to go..the Thai.
If anyone interested here they are.
MARINADES…
THAI
1 TABS RED CURRY PASTE
2 TABS FISH SAUCE
¼ CUP LEMON JUICE
1 TABS LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
BARBECUE
1/3 CUP TOMATO SAUCE
1TAB WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TABDIJONMUSTARD
1 CLOVE CRUSHED GARLIC
1 TABS HONEY
SESAME SOY
¼ CUP OYSTER SAUCE
¼ CUP SOY
2 TABS SESAMEOIL
1 TABS MIRIN
1 CLOVE GARLIC CRUSHED
This is my favourite marinade for red meats.
