For anyone's reference :-

The NORAD SANTA SITE IS ONLY RUNNING approximately 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

If you go into the site they ask you "If you want to see what they do for the rest of the year Click on the link and it takes you to the Defence site."

The Defence site people are the ones who run the NORAD SITE AT CHRISTMAS.

The North Pole site I think runs all year with games, puzzles etc.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH SMALL GRANDCHILDREN THE NORAD SITE IS OPEN. Anyoner of the 3 sites will get you there.
