Remember when they said you shouldn't eat eggs?

Now they say it's ok to drink full fat milk.

Full-fat dairy can safely return to your shopping list but you might want to think about cutting back on red meat.

That's according to the Heart Foundation, which earlier this week updated its guidelines of what to eat to reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke.

The science is clear that up to 3 whole eggs per day are perfectly safe for healthy people. Summary Eggs consistently raise HDL (the “good”) cholesterol. For 70% ofpeople, there is no increase in total or LDL cholesterol. Some people may experience a mild increase in a benign subtype of LDL.

I believed them and cut down on eggs and bought light milk for years.

Makes you wonder about what the 'experts' say about food.
