Rodney had just dropped his daughter off to school and was targeted by the man for driving five kilometres under the speed limit.

I think this road rage has more to do with drugs than anything else.

I tend to agree re drugs, Celia.   Australia is now awash with drugs. 

Until relatively recently, the worst that could happen if one driver annoyed another, would be a sharp toot.   The frightening thing about this current trend is, a driver can be perfectly innocent, but attacked because the drug addled driver in the other vehicle imagines something.

Apparently Western Australia Police charged the teenager over the assault for endangering life, health and safety of a person.

He will most probably get a slap on the wrist for his crime as his solicitor will get him off claiming him to be disabled.
