Saint Bill at it again

"

Bill Shorten has called for Malcolm Turnbull to ban alcohol from his political events after a Brisbane man was fined for allegedly yelling abuse at the Prime Minister and giving him “the finger’’ at a Brisbane pub last night.

A 26-year-old landscaper was halted by bodyguards and police when he approached Mr Turnbull while sticking up his middle finger at the Carindale Hotel in Brisbane last night.

Mr Turnbull had arrived for a politics in the pub event with a crowd of Coalition supporters.

Mr Shorten said no one should abuse anyone, but called for Mr Turnbull to stop holding political events where alcohol was served.

“No one should abuse anyone. It doesn’t matter if it’s Malcolm Turnbull or someone’s grandmother, you shouldn’t abuse people,” the Labor leader said."

He must have a short memory.

Anyone with half a brain can see right through this man.  A hypocrite of the first order.

Rad, that you tube video is best watched after having a few drinks. Nothing worse than being the only sober person. He thought it was funny that the pub crowd were chanting dill, dill, dill, dill..

His lecturing to Turnbull is a joke and makes hime look stupid.

Exactly!!  I bet that he willl not go to the next election as Labor leader...maybe Albanese...who knows.

Shorten has lost another 2 points to Turnbull

There is nobody else in the Labor Party who will bend over to the CFMEU like Bill does, so his job is safe up until the next election, at least.

Radish

Have seen a lot of Chris Bowen in the media .... so would not be surprised if he threw his hat in the ring.

Suze, I agree.   He has also lost weight it appears.....Shorten is dead in the water and I still say he will never be PM.

He has too much baggage now.

Reading today about Labor and its stand on asylum seekers...the Unions would not allow this to be discussed at the recent State conference.  A big section of his party are addicted to opening the floodgates to the flow of people trying to enter Australia illegally with the help of people smugglers.

Voters need to think carefully before they cast their next vote.
