Take note of heart pain

I have started a 10 day Seminar with exercises and lectures because of my Arrhythmias of the heart and having a pacemaker.

One man talked about a bad toothache causing jaw pain and went to the Doctor who sent him to a Dentist and he had a wisdomtooth removed BUT the pain did not subside. Went to the emergency room at the hospital and was straight away admitted with a heart problem. It was NOT his tooth causing the problem but it was his heart so a pain in the jaw can be the heart.

A lady (we went around the room with our stories of what happened to us to make us seek help) and she had a back pain which lasted awhile until she got her husband to take her to hospital at 4 a.m. because it got so bad but not thinking for one minute it was her heart but she was haing a heart attack. Once again not all heart pain is where the heart actually is.

I could go on about pain not actually in the area of the heart but was the heart, and people died because they do not get to the hospital in time as SO many true stories from many heart patients which were an eye opener for Peter and I about themselves or their family and friends. A real education for us. Maybe may help someone.

All the best

Phyl.

That pattern reminds of childhood doesn't it?

What is your favourite green tea or mix of green tea, for example with another herb?
What about Australian Nerada and Madura?

I drank black coffee no sugar for years. Now have low fat white with a sweetener, but not as much. Don't mind a long green tea and the sea or bush for my alone time.

One of my most valued possesions is a large Blue willow meat platter,This was part of my maternal grandmothers dinner service that was passed down to my mother and then to my sisters and me.Every sunday throughout my childhood the sunday roast dinner was served on this plate. Such wonderful memories of great family times. Every time I look at this plate it brings back memories of my gentle welsh nanna and my mum and dads fantastic roast dinners.Wobbly.

I should add that in those days we never worried about getting fat ,and I dont think we had as many heart problems. We did not have tv, or any of the knick knacks that we have today,we did not have cars so walked everywhere, and as kids walked for miles instead of sitting in front of the tv or on the computerplaying games.I think we are killing ourselves with kindness.Wobbly
