Two Year Rule and returning to Australia during those first two years

I am an Australian citizen but left on a semi/permanent basis in 2010 but lived and paid taxes in Australia Since 1981 so about 31 years. I returned 3 months ago when I became 65 to file a Claim and stated that my permanent address would be my sons House in Brisbane. I have now returned to South America only to find my claim has been rejected. If I was to return lets say next week and stay in my sons house again would that entitle me to claim residence there? (Return every 3 months at great expense). And could I apply to the first date of Claim 15 May 2017?

How often would you have to return to Australia to Claim the Aged pension re 2 year rule For those first 2 years

I have Irish citizenship but only lived there as a child so no they cannot pay me pension either

The other question is If I returned, could I claim unemployment benefits? So in fact the rule is not very smart. It really costs the Australian Government much more to Pay me in Australia than here in South America including medical costs. It does not make sense.   Thanks for a reply

Centrelink have strict rules that they abide to and will not make exceptions.

You should have got guidlines from them before living elsewhere.
