It is always good to see older adults featured in a positive light in advertisements and Dutch pharmaceutical brand DocMorris strikes the perfect tone with its Christmas ad, which has captured heart all around the world.

The two-and-a-half minute ad features an older man struggling to exercise with a kettlebell weight before the glorious big reveal.
