What's hard about managing money in retirement?

I'm working on a new online service that could help lots of middle Australian retirees (ie not the really wealthy) enjoy a better retirement, with less worries about money.

Can anyone share any experiences about this? Was it easy or hard to find out what you needed to know about your finances? Did you get advice you could trust? How do you manage expenses after finishing work?

I'd also like a interview some recent retirees for a small reward if anyone is happy to share a bit more with me. Details in here http://bit.ly/2mLU5iw (copy and paste this link in browser)

I be really grateful for your insights.

The thing that is hard about managing money in retirement is finding some money to manage. More and more people get to retiremnt age with little or noting in the bank, super etc. I am 69 and fortunately still working but on the few times I have sought financial advice, nobody wanted to talk to me as I didnt have the big bucks in hand that would have earned them commission. Any tools or links to souces of basic investment or financial management advice would certianly help a great many seniors.

Thanks for your feedback kfchugo. This is definitely the problem we are trying to solve.
