Keen for a raodtrip but can't decide where to go?

Maybe you want to drive for less than two hours. Maybe you don't mind clocking up some kms

Perhaps you're going on a date or you're touring with family. Maybe you want to go on an adventure, sample some locally grown produce (ie. wine) or you're up for soemthing spontaneous. 

The Road Trip Generator is a great website that helps you narrow down your preferences and then gives you advice of where to go.

Darn right there are -- or have not these that made this ite been anywhere!?

Try Newcastle/Lake Macquarie for beaches. Whichever type of beach you want, you will find it here. Plus we have the biggest saltwater lake in the southern hemisphere.

Can't argue with you there Old Man.   Ex Novocastrian here.

But I think there are great beaches all over Australia all for different reasons depending on the seasons.

I agree Sandi, we have been such a well kept secret here for years but any coastal area in Australia will boast about their beaches.

All the beaches in Australia are great, when you see some of the pebbley things they call a beach in some parts of Europe, you realise how lucky we are.
