Wimbledon

Nick Kyrgios has been spotted in the pub by two tennis reporters late on the night before his Wimbledon blockbuster against Rafael Nadal.

The Australian was at the Dog and Fox Hotel, 1km down the road from the All England Club, on Wednesday night ahead of his Thursday round two match against Nadal; which he lost in four sets.

Ironically, Kyrgios said the previous day that he was unlikely to ever share a beer with Nadal at the Dog and Fox, given the pair have a strained relationship.

Nadal has repeatedly criticised Kyrgios' lack of professionalism.

What do you think of Kygios's professionalism?

Oh what a match..well worth staying up for. Congratulations Novak..a dedicated player and in his words:

"I always try to imagine myself as a winner - blocking out the noise. When the crowd is chanting 'Roger' I hear 'Novak'."

Enjoyed every minute too Sophie. Unfortunately, poor Mirka Federer wasn't too happy all through the match. I really felt for her, and him.

Glad Federer got beaten. Glad Serena got beaten. Time those two retired. Haven't watched a lot of tennis this season, but nice to see the skill of some young players come to the fore.

As long as our obnoxious young players like Nick Kyrgios or Bernard Tomic did not win... they are enough to put you off tennis.
