We all have different taste in music. I accept Bob Dylan as a great song writer but you must be joking to say he has a good voice. You have ignored all the great opera singers with great voices (Pavarotti, Joseph Schmidt, etc). You have ignored all the great musicals singers (Howard Keel, Gordon McRae, Nelson Eddy, etc). If you want to include great negro singers, Paul Robeson is better than any in the selections. if you want pop singers you could consider Roy Orbison, Eddie Fisher, Elvis Presley, Bing Crosby, Tom Jones, etc). It's all a matter of taste I suppose.

Couldn't agree more Aloysius , it all comes down to personal tastes.

    Why Sinatra, not Tony Bennet?
    Why Charles, not Stevie Wonder?
    Bob Dylan???????????????????????????
And what about Steve Winwood, Robert Plant, Joe Cocker, Van Morrison, Bono, etc, etc.

It's very subjective, these best of lists, and serve no purpose - though I do need the typing praciice

Why isn't Nat "King" Cole on the list??
    He was "Unforgettable".
I also agree with the choices mentioned by Aloysius and textappa...
