Affordable 5-star tropical holiday

I don’t know about you, but I have two types of holiday I like to take.

One is seeing the sites and immersing myself in the culture of a country: be it through food, the arts, wandering through side streets and alleyways and getting to know the locals and living their way of life for a short time.

The other is dropping off the face of the earth, with a good book, nice beer (or cocktail), great food and no phone, internet and, if I can help it, people.

Well this travel deal certainly ticks most boxes in the second category.

I saw this seven-night, five-star Fiji resort deal and just had to share it with you. While I’d love to do this myself, I’m hoping to travel vicariously through you, because I reckon this is one of the best deals I’ve seen all year.

From just $1890 per person, you’ll stay seven nights in an Ocean View Room at the five-star Westin Denarau Island Resort in Fiji. Before I go on, let’s do the maths on that part alone. Seven nights in a five-star resort for $270 per night. It’s already a great deal, but there’s more.

Included in the cost of this deal, are return economy airfares, transfers, $1000 wine, dine and spa credit, complimentary room upgrade, daily buffet breakfast, an exclusive My Fiji tour, unlimited golf at the Denarau Golf and Racquet Club and VIP concierge services.

That’s about $3000 in extra value, and you’re only paying $1890. Wow.

Your room will be 50m from the beach and is decorated in dark Fiji timbers and local artworks – the island room of dreams. You’ll land in Nadi and someone will pick up your bags and take you straight to the resort. You only have to unpack your bags, pop on your togs and wait by the pool for your cocktail, which will be free if you use your room credit. Oh, and there are no limitations on that either, you can use your credit at any of the resort’s restaurants or bars and or choose from any of its rejuvenating spa services.

You could set sail to the Mamanuca Islands for a day trip that includes all meals, beer, wine, soft drinks, cultural activities, entertainment and transfers. Or you could discover the world’s first island beach club – The Malamala Beach Club – one of Fiji’s stunning natural wonders featuring pristine white beaches, vibrant coral reefs, private cabanas, curated cocktails and tantalising Pacific-inspired meals.

How good does that sound? I can’t believe you haven’t clicked this link yet! You’d better do so before 28 September 2018, as that’s when this amazing offer expires.
