Japan Cherry Blossom tour

One of the things Japan is famous for is its magnificent Cherry Blossom Season and every year, the Seniors Holiday Travel Club organises two escorted group tours to coincide with these magnificent floral tributes to nature.

You’ll experience Japan at its most beautiful with a 13-day Cherry Blossom Tour, combining captivating sightseeing with a glorious backdrop of pink colours, while you journey through both the modern and ancient capitals of Japan.

You’ll take in the colour and excitement of Tokyo where you will be able to indulge your senses with delicious cuisine and marvel at modern architecture. After travelling to Hiroshima on the famous Bullet Train, you’ll discover Hiroshima’s Peach Memorial Park and Miyajima, where you’ll experience the Itsukushima Shrine, situated in one of Japan’s most beautiful areas.

Then you’ll enjoy Kyoto; home to many shrines, temples and breathtakingly beautiful gardens. It’s known as Japan’s ancient capital and is by far Japan’s most historically significant city.

The first escorted group tour is sold out, with the second escorted group tour departing on 30 March 2016. The 13-day tour costs from $6190 twin share, with a solo supplement of $1200. Package price includes return flights with Singapore Airlines, four-star accommodation, all meals except one dinner, admission fees, transfers by coach, Bullet Train tickets, gratuities, your tour escort for the duration of your trip – from Australia and back and the services of professional English-speaking tour guides.
