When talking about budget B & Bs in Australia, you should consider looking at the
AIRBNB website. AirBNB has cheaper accommodation that the above. You can
travel the world on AirBNB. They are all rated by previous AirBNB'ers, so you have
little to fear. Check out the website, you will be pleasantly surprised about what you
can obtain in the way of accommodation throughout Australia and indeed the world.

My husband and I have used AIRBNB three times now in Brisbane (2) & Canberra (1). We have met some lovely hosts and you feel that you are still living at your home but with new faces. It is a terrific website so take a look and book accommodation when you are travelling next and you will be rewarded with a very happy time.

Australia has stringent regulations for guest accommodation which can make it expensive to run a B&B. As the peak organisation for B&Bs in Australia we are concerned about non compliant accommodation on websites such as airbnb which have no insurance cover, are not compliant with planning and food safety regulations and where it is unlikely that the owners are declaring their income for tax purposes. I have used AirBNB several times now. It is a great way to travel both within in Australia and overseas, even for accommodation in Bali etc. It well worth a look.

When you come to Australia and if you're doing a nice drive route around the coastal cities, B&Bs are kind of the way to go. I personally know of a few near the Northern Beaches of Sydney and in Dee Why. The Sydney coastal drive is one of the more popular ones to do here and there are really nice establishments on the route.

Australia has many attractions to offer to both locals and tourists alike. I personally have been to a few cities with friends and family like Adelaide, Brisbane and a few others and we only have beautiful memories to share. Enjoying yourself is an essential factor but staying close to your budget will ensure you still have money to spend upon reaching home. Therefore, these low cost accommodations are really good places to keep in mind.
