Itinerary

Day One – Madrid

Arrive in Madrid ready to meet your tour director and group for a welcome drink.

Day Two – Madrid

Spend the morning on a sightseeing tour of Madrid, where you will visit the statue of Don Quixote and see the royal palace. In the afternoon you can choose to relax on your own, or join in an excursion to Toledo.

Day Three – Madrid to Seville

Travel through Andalucia to Cordoba for a locally guided tour and then on to Seville for dinner and a flamenco show.

Day Four – Seville

Spend the day sightseeing in Seville and visit Christopher Columbus’s tomb. You can choose to rent a bicycle in the afternoon, or perhaps indulge in a spa treatment. In the evening you will be treated to dinner at a local Spanish hacienda.

Day Five – Seville to Sitges

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast and take a final wander around Seville before the group flies to Barcelona. From Barcelona you will travel to your resort in Sitges, situated between the hills and the sea. Spend the evening on an orientation walk, where you will discover all the best places to go back to for your free-choice dinner.

Day Six – Sitges

Spend the afternoon in Barcelona where you will enjoy a guided sightseeing tour, highlighting the fantasies of Gaudi. You will visit the famous Ramblas, the Plaza Catalunya and take a wander through the magical Gothic quarter.

Day Seven – Sitges

On your last full day you are at your leisure to explore more of the city, or go back to some of your favourite places. You may wish to use your full-day sightseeing ticket in Barcelona, or simply relax on a beach close to the hotel. In the evening enjoy a farewell dinner with your tour director and group.

Day Eight – Barcelona

It’s time to bid farewell to Barcelona as your tour has come to an end. Transfers to the airport are available, but must be organised ahead of time.
