Can you book your accommodation now and pay for it later? The answer is yes you can! Booking directly with the hotel you are staying with, either by phone or on their website, will allow you this option.

But, if you are wishing to use one of the comparison websites to research and book your accommodation, there are a number who also allow you to make a booking now and pay when you check out.

In most cases, you will still need to provide your credit card details when making your booking online, but your credit card will not be charged until your stay is completed.

Make a point of reading the Terms and Conditions of the hotel at which you are staying, particularly their Cancellation Policy. You may find that if you do not inform the hotel within a certain period of time that you will be cancelling your reservation, they will charge a cancellation fee to your credit card. Additionally, some hotels may take a deposit off your credit card on the day of your arrival, rather than taking the whole amount at the end of your stay.
