Top Travel Deal Websites

There are so many travel deals on offer at the moment that sorting through them can seem daunting. Rachel recommends her three favourite travel deal websites to make cost-effective travel even easier.

I Need a Holiday
www.ineedaholiday.com.au is a travel website which offers information on flights, hotels, and holiday deals. You can choose to search for any of these options separately or together by date, destination and number of travellers. It is an Australian-based website, and while the information is relevant to Australian travellers the travel deals it offers are not limited to Australia – you can just as easily find a European cruise as a Tasmanian hideaway.

Last Minute
www.lastminute.com.au is a website which finds low-cost flights, hotels and holiday packages. And the reason they’re so reasonably priced? It’s all last minute – the flights are leaving soon, the hotels have empty rooms over the next few days… and they would rather sell them to you at a lower price than not sell them at all. Sound good? I think so too.

TravelZoo
www.travelzoo.com has a team of people who go out, find the best travel deals on the market, and then bring them all back to the TravelZoo website to make it easy for you. They usually offer package deals, but you will find cheap flights and hotel rooms in the mix. You can search by location and type of deal.
