Property Insurance – if your home has been affected by flooding and you have insurance with Defence Service Homes Insurance, you should contact your local customer services officer on 1300 552 662.
DVA payments – call DVA to discuss your circumstances on 133 254 (charged at local call rates)
Veterans’ Affairs Network (VAN) offices – if you have any queries or concerns regarding DVA services and support, or if you need to get in touch with a local support service, call 1300 55 1918
Veterans and Veterans Families Counselling Service (VVCS) – for support and confidential counselling, contact the VVCS on 1800 011 046, 24 hours a day.
