As she graced the red carpet at the premiere of Disney’s new live-action film Cinderella earlier this week in Berlin, Cate Blanchett looked every bit the opposite of the wicked stepmother she plays in the movie.
Captivating Cate revelled in her role as the evil matriarch, saying: “Certainly, when you play someone with ‘wicked’ in front of her name it’s going to be fun. You can dare yourself to see how far you can stretch it. The boundaries are less marked. You’re not worried about whether people like you.”
