With so many older Australians now looking to smartphones and tablets as a means to access information on the web, Centrelink’s Express Plus for Seniors App means you can manage your account on the move.
Downloadable as an App via Apple’s App Store or Google Play for Android users, Express Plus for Seniors can be access by those who have Centrelink Online Services – access level three. Access level three grants you access to Online Services options that display moderately sensitive details from your Centrelink record. Most Online Services options are available to users with this access level. You can increase your access level by supplying more information to enable Human Services to verify your identity.
Once you have achieved access level three and downloaded the App to your device, you can then use your four-digit pin to do the following:
- view and apply for advance payments
- view your transaction history
- request statements and payment summaries
- view money you owe
- report your income
- upload documents
- store documents in the Secure Vault
- use a timesheet to record daily earnings.
