Cool down on a hot day with our Coffee Popsicles. It only requires three ingredients to make, and although it takes a few hours to freeze, the prepping time is super quick.

Time: Five minutes
Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for one minute. Pour into Popsicle moulds and set in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
