Commonly stolen goods at Christmas

While most of us pay for our Christmas shopping, there are those who prefer the five-finger discount – simply shoplifting the goods they want. According to police, these are the items most commonly stolen from shops in NSW at this time of year:

  • men’s and women’s fragrances
  • expensive clothes
  • meat
  • small electronic items
  • batteries and,
  • shaver
  • basically anything that’s easy to hide and quick to sell.
