Add some spice to your life with our Easy Chilli Chicken Stir-Fry. It only takes 10 minutes to make, but your sense of wellbeing after eating will remain for so much longer.
Time: 10 minutes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500g minced chicken
- 4 large red chillies
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- small bunch basil, leaves picked
Place a large frying pan over a very high heat for a few minutes. Heat the olive oil, then add the chicken and chillies and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through. Add the fish sauce and lime juice and remove from heat. Toss through the basil leaves and serve.
