A. Amy, we have checked and your email address is indeed on the database. It seems we may have fallen victim to an over zealous spam filter, so here’s the way to ‘welcome’ us into your inbox.
Open Outlook, go to Tools on the menu bar, click rules and alerts, then new rule, and start from a blank rule. Select check messages when they arrive and click next. Under ‘select conditions’ tick the box from people or distribution list
Then click edit from people or distribution list in the lower box. This will take you to you contact list, and you can find our address [email protected], double click on this address, then click Ok. Then click finish and the rule will apply. Let us know if this helps.
