Time: One hour
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- salt, to season
Preheat the oven to 200°C. With a fork, prick the sweet potato skin in a few places and then bake in the oven for one hour. Once done, halve the sweet potato lengthways and spoon the yoghurt over the top. Sprinkle over the cinnamon and season. Enjoy with a salad if desired.
