Simple yet delicious, our Chilli, Tomato and Basil Spaghetti not only offers you the sumptuous flavours of summer, but also satisfies your belly on the cheap.

Time: 15 minutes
- 200g spaghetti
- 100ml chilli oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 100g Parmesan, finely grated
- handful torn basil leaves
- 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
In a large bowl mix the chilli oil, garlic and lemon juice. Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions, and once cooked, toss with the chilli oil mixture in the bowl. Add the basil, tomatoes and Parmesan, and toss again. Season to taste and serve immediately.
