Creamy Raspberry Gelato

After a light, cooling dessert during the mid-summer heat? Our Raspberry Gelato is the answer. Plus, it’s so easy to make, and it only takes 10 minutes to make.

Serves: Four

Time: 10 minutes


  • 300g frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2  cup double cream


Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until the smooth and creamy. Taste and add extra sugar if needed. Freeze for a few hours before serving or enjoy immediately.
