Easy No-Bake Toblerone Slice

This Easy No-Bake Toblerone Slice is a decadent and a bit different from the norm. The filling can be a little runny and is best kept cool. To help with this, we’ve added a little gelatine to the mix to keep it all together. This isn’t really necessary for taste, but more for presentation.

Serves: Eight
Time: 20 minutes plus setting time

Ingredients

  • 250g plain chocolate biscuits, crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 250g ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon gelatine dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • 200g Toblerone chocolate bar melted
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar

Method
Line the base of a slice tin with baking paper.

In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, ground almonds and melted butter. Mix well to combine and press into the base of the prepared slice tin.

Beat together the cream cheese and ricotta until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add in sugar, melted Toblerone and thickened cream and gelatine. Pour over the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Slice and serve.
