It’s almost summer, which means mangoes are in season. So take advantage of the low cost of mangoes with our delicious – and easy to prepare – Mango Pudding.
Time: 15 minutes, plus three hours to chill
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon gelatine, soaked in three tablespoons of water for 10–15 mins
Heat the gelatine on high for 10 seconds in a microwave.
In a bowl, beat the yoghurt lightly until there are no lumps. In another bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and combine well. Place in the fridge for three hours to set and serve chilled.
