Pineapple Peach Sorbet

Need a light, refreshing dessert to cool your palate on a hot summer’s day? Our delicious Pineapple Peach Sorbet is just the answer – oh, and it’ll be very kind on your hips too!

Serves: Four

Time: Five minutes


  • 1/2  cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup lemonade


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place the sorbet in a bowl and freeze immediately.  Take out of the freezer after eight hours and serve. Will keep for a couple of days in freezer.
