Stress has been a very critical topic these days due to the fact that people nowadays seem to be conscious of their health. In the past, we are not even talking about stress and we can really find very little about it in history books. Right?
It is safe to say that due to the studies made by the advancement of medical professionals, reducing stress can have several benefits for overall health and well-being, and it is possible that reducing stress could contribute to a longer life.
Chronic stress has been linked to various health problems, including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and some forms of cancer. By reducing stress, individuals may be able to reduce their risk for these health problems and therefore prolong their lifespan.

– Lifestyle
Yes, we all know that life could be unpredictable, some might be alive today while others might be gone tomorrow for whatever reasons. The bottom line is, we must make the most out of our lives and take good care of ourselves for a chance to live longer!
