First photos of Princess Charlotte

The first official photographs of Princess Charlotte, cradled in the arms of her older brother Prince George, have been published by the Royal Family. The photos feature George looking lovingly down on his baby sister, who is now a little over a month old.

The photos were taken by their mother, Kate, and posted on Twitter by Kensington Palace.

Charlotte is fourth in line to succeed her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, after her paternal grandfather and Prince of Wales, Charles, her father, Prince William and her elder brother.
