For a tasty dessert that’s so simple to prepare it almost makes itself, why not try our Bailey’s Irish Cream Fruit Dip. So good, it makes fondue look like fon-don’t.
Time: 1 hour
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
Place egg whites in a bowl and using an electric mixer, whisk until stiff. In a separate small bowl, whip cream. In a third, larger bowl, mix egg yolks and sugar together. Gently fold in the whipped cream and egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Add in the Bailey’s Irish Cream. Cover and refrigerate.
Tis Irish Cream Dip can be served with fresh fruit salad or dolloped onto your choice of dessert.
