Our Creamy Chocolate Mousse serves one and is a classic French dessert that screams decadence. With only four ingredients, it’s quick and easy to make. Double the recipe to make two serves.
Time: 20 minutes (plus four hours for refrigeration)
- 30g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 egg, separated
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cream, lightly whipped
- cocoa powder, to serve
In a small saucepan over simmering water, melt the chocolate. Stir until melted and then remove from heat. Add the egg yolk and stir into the chocolate, then gently fold in the cream.
