Sweet Potato Wedges are a more nutritious alternative to normal ones made of potato – and they taste just as good! Why not try these the next time you have a craving for chips?
Time: 25 minutes
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
Preheat oven to 230°C. Toss sweet potato wedges with oil, salt and pepper. Spread the wedges out on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turning once, until browned and tender.
