Find your lost super free

Last week, we explained how there is nearly $18 billion in superannuation sitting in 6.3 million lost and tax office-held super accounts. This means that one in four Australians could have a share in this missing super bonanza. On average, there is $2857 in super for every lost and tax office-held super account.

As a result of this article, we had a few members contact us and ask how they could find out if they had any lost super.

So, here’s the Government’s free tool for locating lost super. It’s the ‘Find Unclaimed Money‘ tool on the MoneySmart website.

We hope you find yours!
