can anyone help me

Hubby has some disks here with "games" on them.

On the cover of the disks it says "System Requirements Windows 95,98,Me, XP."

He is trying to get these disks to work on Windows 7.   I do not think it is possible...so far he is having no luck.

Have told him to throw them out.

Is there any way they can be made to work.

These were put out by The Sunday 'Times Family Encyclopedia.  DC-Rom Collection 2007

Hi Radish,

I've consulted Ryan the IT guru and he has this response for you:

Windows 7 has an option to run programs in 'compatibility mode' to make older software work.  Haven't used it for a couple of years so I can't remember how the process goes but this link should help: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/make-older-programs-run#1TC=windows-7 Hope it helps.

Moderator, is that a Nazi officer's uniform the soldier is wearing?

No PeterM,

It was an old English officer's uniform. I've changed the icon to avoid any future confusion.

Thank you for your answer - since there are many Jewish people in my family we have felt very offended, but now you have cleared it up and have changed your avatar that's good.

Thanks so much abby and the Forum Moderator for your input :)

It was the uniform that got my back up for a fight
