I bring to the notice of all Queenslanders living in residential parks that the review of the Act is now available from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) www.fairtrading,qld gov.au and should be looked at by all home owners in residential parks.
The park operators are a very,very, privilaged group and much favoured by the Qld government.

A facade exists, promulgated by the government, that park operators are doing pensioners a very big favour when in actual fact, the poor old pensioner is being screwed in no uncertain terms.

The home owners in a group of parks are getting together to fight the latest government review and inject a modicum of fairness into the Act and stop the much favoured treatment being dealt out to park operators who have one of the most profitable cash flow businesses in the country.
