Isn't that strange, it must be the sunny days, I was feeling calm, suddenly got a smack in the face.

It must be one of those good days, you know, when strangers are nice to you.  Opened up the computer, top of the page, this very friendly girl with a big smile, with her phone number, lives within three miles, handy, inviting me around for a comfy chat.  It brings home the friendliness of human kindness.

Another glorious day for today

Another fantastic day. It makes me feel so positive, in fact I think today is the day all those on our list of possible members will finally complete a membership form so our numbers increase considerably.

It will happen today!

Back down to 18c, overcast and showers today but that's okay with me..... makes us appreciate and enjoy the sunny days even more..... and in a couple of months I s'pose I'll be whingeing about the heat ..( gotta keep up the 'whiney Pom' facade ..)

Plumber's just got here to put in new hot water service , thank goodness!, was dreading another cold shower .... it is a good day after all ...

Well, I've just been and put my xlottos on for tomorrow night ...I've had the same numbers for 10 yrs and altho' had lots of little wins ...nowhere near what they cost to put on.... I used to be in a work syndicate and when I left kept the same nos. .... I just know that if I change them  that they'll come up .... , anyway ..gives me something to dream about ....can't win it if I'm not in it .... anyone else here have a go at the lotto?
