At least they shot the murder -- -if it happened here he would be undergoing a process of rehabilitation and then released to do it again - suppose it stops the excess of lawers being unemployed.

This is the 2nd murder of the Canadian armed foces in 3 days - this time the terrorists were attacking at the Canadian Parliament.
The incidents occurred at the National War Memorial and on Parliament - the area is under lockdown as they continue the search as the nymber of armed gunmen is unknown.
Hate to say it but it wont be long before we have something happen here. Already they have thwarted a plan underway by that IS supporter who owned the bookshop in Logan, Brisbane.
Thankfully, our PM raised the terror alert some time ago, after advice from the outgoing head of ASIO and we are on heightened alert.

Yes, Abby, unfortunately we have a large number in this country who are very apathetic. "Oh, it won't happen to me" mentality. We have to be on alert...all of us. Canada has raised its national "terrorism" alert, officials said, after a soldier run over by a suspected jihadist died in hospital.

"This level means that intelligence has indicated that an individual or group within Canada or abroad has the intent and capability to commit an act of terrorism," Jean-Christophe de Le Rue, a spokesman for the Public Safety Ministry said.
The assailant in Monday's attack was identified as 25-year-old Martin Couture-Rouleau, who was briefly detained at a Canadian airport last July when he sought to fly to Turkey, federal police said.
